How storage and availability work
Free accounts have 50 MB. New Free Review Handouts remain available for 30 days. Eligible paid plans and active Premium Trials preserve handouts while access is active. Subscription loss or trial expiry starts the existing 30-day grace period. Protected older content keeps its existing protections.
Storage measures saved bytes. Saved availability is how long a handout and its resources stay available. Game access measures student plays and the game's access date. Recharge adds game access with credits; a subscription retains eligible resources. Recharging keeps existing URLs and QR codes and cannot extend beyond saved availability.
Shared physical files count once. “Referenced size” can exceed the space deleting one resource frees. Cleanup checks dependencies before confirmation. Nothing is deleted automatically for being old, unused, or over quota.
Images: up to 10 MB per upload. Audio and PDFs: up to 20 MB per upload. Worksheet count limits are separate: Free 30; Pro 100; Power Teacher 300; School unlimited. Save Session keeps editable work separately from completed Review Handouts.
